Glove trials are an ideal way to improve your workplace hand-protection program. At Superior Glove Works, every trial is conducted by our own hand-protection experts and follows five basic steps. |
- Site selection. One of our hand-protection experts will visit your facility. With your help, a suitable section of your plant is selected for conducting the trial(up to 10 team members).
- Glove audit and selection. Our hand protection expert performs a glove audit, helping identify the best new technology gloves for the trial.
- Glove use and evaluation. Employees use the chosen gloves for a number of shifts. Throughout, they provide quantitative feedback on wear, safety and comfort criteria.
- Data measurement and analysis.We collate the data in a rigorous analysis of needs and risks that enables you to make conclusions about improved safety and whole-of-life cost.
- Report delivery. A full report details how the latest technology glove performs compared to your current glove. This includes important metrics such as scrap rate per use, safety and comfort and expected cost per use of each glove.
